Easy Cabs Review

I had booked easy cab from Cantt railway station to dwarka. I had been given booking ID "A032900040 " and confirmation message. it suppose to arrive at 10:30 AM and I was at station at 10 AM. so I called up and asked about the cab details. I got the reply that SMS will be sent within 10 minutes. I kept waiting for hour and no one bothered to informed me what happened for booking. finally I had to make other arrangement to reach to my destination. i would suggest not to book easy cab if one does not want to miss his/her train or flight.

I HAD BOOKED ON FEB 20, 2013 A MERU CAB FOR DROP FROM MY RESIDENCE TO T3 TERMINAL, DELHI ON FEBRUARY 21, 2013 AT 0730 HRS TO CATCH A DOMESTIC FLIGHT TO ATTEND AN IMPORTANT MEETING AT ONE OF THE METROS.I WAS GIVEN BOOKING ID NO. ALSO. I WAS SURPRISED TO RECEIVE A SMS AT 0648 HRS ON FEB 21, 2013 FROM MERU CABS INTIMATING THAT DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF CABS IN MY AREA THEY CANNOT PROCESS THE BOOKING. IT MAY BE MENTIONED THAT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING I WAS ASKED TO WAIT ON MY CALL SO THAT AVAILABILITY OF CAB COULD BE CHECKED ON THE REQUIRED DATE & TIME & ONLY AFTER THAT THE BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED. BECAUSE OF THIS LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION BY MERU, I HAD TO NOT ONLY FACE MENTAL AGONY, ADDITIONAL EXPENSES IN MAKING TO THE AIRPORT, INCREASE IN MY BP BUT ALSO THE WHOLE PLANNING FOR THE FURTHER CONNECTING TRAVEL WAS IN JEOPARDY. IRONICALLY, NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY BOTHERED TO CALLUP AND EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM & APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED SPECIALLY WHEN BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED AFTER CHECKING THE AVAIABILITY. DAYAL R

I booked cab from Vartak nagar Thane to Domestic airport mumbai with booking id A020900213. Driver unneceassarily took wrong turns and drove the vehicle from internal roads near my area which wasted my time. On top of that i had been given bill for 35.5 kms for the known distance of 28 kms from my house. They are cheaters.

I booked easycab for IGI T1 airport dropping of my wife with booking I'D: A013100812. Car number 7301 chauffeur No.******97773 on 31st Jan 2013. On my wife's request to take the route from Barapula, Chankyapuri, Motibag and Airport, he started misbehaving and denied of going through the requested route. The driver started shouting at her and said you remain seated, it is me from where I should take you to destination. He even stated that there is no such route through Chankyapuri. On his misbehaviour and not taking the route she called me up with fear and remained on line till the time she reached airport. I had been listening to his shouting over phone at my wife throughout the time she reached airport. She was charged rs. 100 extra as waiting. I would like to hear a proper action on this matter and request to let me intimate, otherwise I shall be forced to take the matter to the appropriate authority. Regards

Booked an EASY CAB from Gurgaon , booking no, B 012503261 on Jan 25 , for Delhi . The driver kept me waiting for over an hour giving one excuse after another . Finally after a wait of over an hour I cancelled the booking . No one bothered to offer an apology . On an earlier occassion when the cab had to wait for about 40 mins , I was asked to pay Rs. 100/-
