Hello Taxi Review

Called Hello Taxi (Ahmedabad) for Airport drop. The agent response was unprofessional and the rate mentioned is Rs 700 + parking charges. I said it is robbery, as I have used the Airport paid taxi service for Rs.350 to reach the city. She said Yes ! I said Thank you. People just wake up and learn what is customer service and what is fair profit.

Pathectic Service I had booked the taxi n they confirm me over the phone . It was an medical emergency but they didn't send the vehicle . And when I inquire with about the cab they said we dont know who has conformed you n which office n lots of nonsence.

Pathetic service will never use again. I had booked a cab for 9 Nov at 4 am from Delhi Cantt to T3 IGI airport. The cab did not turn up at the required time and after lot of persuasion by us he did turn up at 4:32am (probably this is their tactics to charge more money as the passenger is in a fix not to miss his train/ flight) ,the Cab was stinking as if some one had puked in it or the smell was of liquor . The cab was unfit for transportation because it broke down in between but we had no other choice but to continue the services due to shortage of time to catch our international flight. To our horror the driver was not well versed with the routes and was asking us again and again for the directions and the route.when I contacted on Hello Cab's office telephone number to inform them the condition , the gentleman who received the call just said "sorry" and kept the phone.As a service provider in such a competitive market such incidents are not acceptable, Hello cabs is thus required to take necessary action against such individuals and intimate me about the same for my information.

very poor services i dont want to use it again.

never use hello taxi... no proper service.. it is worst service in the world.. BETTER USE AUTORICKSHOW
