Meru Cabs Review

It one of the worse services i have ever experienced in recent times. It has happened twice in a row that meru after confirming a booking as acted up. 1st time, i had to travel to juhu and got confirmation number and on contacting the driver he refused flately that he would not come. When contacted meru all they said was "Sorry", and also never arranged for alternate cab even after 30 mins. 2nd time was bandra terminus and driver decides to reach destination before time and leave at the pick up time. I guess we have to depend on the wimps and fancy of the driver now.

Sir, I have been booking Meru cabs as and when I require the service. Today I had booked a cab for going from City Telephone Exchange, Fort to Mumbai Central Station. And Cab.No.MH01JA5023 was assigned as per the message received on my mobile. Of course the Driver came in time but it was a surprise to me when the driver told me that he cab was booked for Mulund colony which never said. I had to insist to the driver that it is for Mumbai Central as the passengers had to catch the train from there. Hope you will be more careful in future

I take this cab regularly as there is no other otion for 6 kms. 1.Cab never come on Time- This is a continuous issue- No resolution till date. 2.Driver smokes in cab 3.Driver chews tobacco 4.Driver over all behavior is rude/harsh/non helping 5.Cab conditions are poor- compare with Easy cab its north pole and south pole situation. 6.Worst part – Cab didn’t came but trip receipt is generated . Driver didn’t bother to inform he will not come.

I used Meru cabs in Bangalore, AC was not working, driver was stinking and did not provide BILL. Very poor service

10th of feb 2013 I hired a meru cab from domestic airport to Kandivali west near charcop, the fare was more than 500 plus Rs 50 for their processing charge. I hired the cab again on 24th Feb for the same distance and the fare was 384 plus 50 for the processing. It is quite amazing for anyone new in the city.
