The booking was done by me from Safdarjang railway station to Gurgaon for date 29 May 2014.The pickup time was 05:45 am,but the train was delayed and the delay was informed to Yo office by me and it was promised that the cab would reach on the redesignated time and later i was informed that due to the delay ,the cab was changed and a new cab would reach to pick me up(no cab /driver details were shared).Then a driver(new one) called up and said that he will be picking me up(he was at new delhi railway station at that time),i told him that i would be waiting ....BUT TO MY ASTONISHMENT,HE DID NOT TURN UP AND ON CALLING HIM,I WAS TOLD THAT HE CONTINUES TO BE AT NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION......ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MORE THAN THAT UTTER WASTE OF PEACE OF MIND.....CERTAINLY AVOIDABLE."

"WORST WORST Service Ever...........
Please never book Yo Cabs. I booked a cab to go to the New Delhi Railway Station, I was even provided the confirmation details with a promise that I will be messaged the cab details in the morning.
Then when I did not receive any message, I called them up and they very casually denied that there is any booking by my name. After that the person on phone promised me that another cab will reach my home in next 10 mins. When I called that driver, he said he will take at least 30 mins to reach my place.
Because of their pathetic service I almost missed my train. When I called them again in evening to make a complaint, the customer care executive promised me to arrange a call back within the next 10 mins, but its been 2 days still no call from them.
Useless, Pathetic Service!!!!"
