Mega Cabs Review

I took a cab on 6th May,2013 from CP in Delhi to Vasundhara in Ghazaiabad. I had a terrible experience.The driver didnt know the route at all.Its not the responsibility of the passenger to direct the driver every single minute.We take cab for comfort and not to irritate ourselves.Moreover most of the time, the drivers dont have change which is obviously not invited on customer's side. We often have to pay 20-30 rupees extra.

They are really good. I booked mega cabs for the first time and i am really very much impressed with this cab service. the driver was polite, cars are comfortable and clean. I am a happy user :)

i used the cab service in Ludhiana.I had a booked a cab for 10.30 am in the morning but the cab didn't arrive till 11.30. I called the cab service who looked like they were sleeping, not at all responsive. I was told cab is on the way and would reach in ten minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes i called again and i was told that cab is on the way and would reach soon. If the cab was late or unavailable i should have been called by the cab service and informed of the same, so that i could make alternate arrangements. But nobody thought it is important to inform the customer waiting for the cab. I was late by about 2 hours and stuck. I had come from outside and had no knowledge of the place. The work for which i had come was cancelled as i was late. Oh and the cab never arrived. Nobody called either. Mega cab service truly sucks. I don't know about other cities but in Ludhiana it sure does. They take you for a ride. Not literally but figuratively. Avoid it.

BISHWAJIT KUNDU, GARIA STATION. I am frequent user of MEGA CABS from my residence Garia Station to Kolkata Airport. I was shocked for my last movement by MEGA CABS . Last Friday (08.03.13) I had booked a CABS for me to dropped at Kolkata Airport. My CAB reporting time was 4.30 a.m. The CAB no was WB04E2237 & Driver's cell no. was 89616*****. Generally I used to way of my journey from Garia Station to Airport through By pass and straight to Ultadanga to Airport. And as per my observation , the total K. is coming 24-25 Km. Last to last week on 25.02.13 also I had booked a CABS for Airport dropping from residence & that time the distance was 25 Km. & total charges was Rs. 505/-(including Rs. 30/- booking charge) , the starting time was 5.00 a.m. Presently (08.03.13) my charge was Rs. 675/-(including Rs. 30/- booking charge)& I had follwed same route as previous. I was really surprised how the distance Km. has changed. As customer/passanger I want this clarification & I want to know the real story for your future business.

Good service of Mega Cabs in Amritsar,Punjab. I Usually book my travel in the mega cab. The drivers are well behaving, generally comes 5-10 minutes late, but its fine at all. aur waise bhi punjabi(s) are sweet hearts..
