Quick Cabs Review

I had booked quick cab a number of times but it was always denied. It is hard to believe that no cab was available in my area whenever I booked. A number of times I had seen drivers standing free on the roads. It is my understanding that they only take bookings which are more profitable - going to railway station, airport, Gurgaon. I feel and suggest to others that it is better to book more expensive cab and be sure of getting it rather than wasting time and money calling these people. THEY ARE NOT AT ALL RELIABLE. Anita

I have a very bad experience with Quck CAB. As claimed by Quick CAB , they provide CAB within Delhi/NCR but I tried to avail it thrice from GHAZIABAD railway station to Noida and once from Old Delhi Railway station to Noida and they confirmed me that CAB will be available in next 30min and also I recieved an SMS but later Call center executive refused to provide the CAB services. Timings were 4am IST

Well my Views for quick cab are on positive side I booked cab thrice and was always picked up on time..even when i called him at 3.30 am to catch early morning g flight ..if depends ..I will say quick cab is doing good work of providing cheap taxi services but in India whatever is cheap comes with some cons ..

I booked a cab on 18.4.2013 for 7.00PM. The confirmation was given at 6.08 Pm wide SMS giving the driver name and the car number. They also adviced to check the number of the car before I board the same.The cab did't report at 7.00Pm hence I called the booking office at 7.08 Pm when I was told that the message could't reach the driver due to server problem and the driver is in sector-62 itself. He will report within 5-10 min. The driver contacted me and reached at 7.30 Pm. We were supposed to go to Bikaner House to catch the 8.30 Pm bus to Jaipur. We had booked through e-ticket. The cab had pick up problem at slow speed, The driver took us right up to Pragati Maidan then speeded the car straight after taking the left turn. On asking he did't stop but said you have to go to India gate and I will talk you there. We asked him do you know where you are , he answered no. After some time we saw that we have crossed Lajpat Nagar and proceeding towards AIIMS. With great difficulty we could slow him down and fortunately his car stopped due to some engine problem. We got down unloaded our luggage and got hold an auto rishaw and reached Bikaner House. But we missed the bus and lost the amount.I had to purchase new tickets costing me Rs.1400/-. The driver had some bad intention. I tried to contact the cab booking number but no one lifted the phone for 30 min. Our relative from Jaipur lodged the complaint as they lifted there phone. But till date no action has been taken nor any information has been give to us.

One of the worst and most unprofessional services in Delhi. Booking is confirmed just 1hr before and mostly its a regret.. I have booked them 3 times for traveling from Okhla (Delhi) to IGI Airport and have been declined the booking 2 out of 3 times. Local travel would be eve poor i guess when they cannot provide for Airport where they can get a pickup for sure.
