Shubhi Naik's Wings Radio Cabs Review

Travelled today by Wings Radio Cab, the driver arrived 25 mins late, when I asked him why, he said that the pick up time was 12.15 pm. I however mentioned the pick up time as 12.00 pm. Also, according to the tarrifs they mention on the website, first 3 kms are INR 50.00 and every km after that is 16Rs/km. To my surprise, the Rs 50.00 counter starting running from 2.5 km [and not 3.0 as per the website]. Also, my total travel distance of 5.4 km was rounded off to 6km which seemed unfair too. Unfortunately, there is no form to submit complaints on WIngs website. My booking ref was WR2192811. Disappointing experience overall, hope the officials take note of these piles of complaints!

In my experience, TabCab drivers are very punctual, not just in picking up but also the time TabCab takes to drop at the destination is prompt. I had booked quick cab a number of times but it was always denied. It is hard to believe that no cab was available in my area whenever I booked. A number of times I had seen drivers standing free on the roads. It is my understanding that they only take bookings which are more profitable - going to railway station, airport, Gurgaon. I feel and suggest to others that it is better to book more expensive cab and be sure of getting it rather than wasting time and money calling these people. THEY ARE NOT AT ALL RELIABLE. Anita

Wings cab in Pune have a pathetic service. I am a regular customer with them and yet so many times i have faced this problem with them - they confirm booking and tell that driver details wud be sms 30 min prior to pick up. till ur pick up time no driver details are shared. if you call up there customer care they dnt bother to provide driver details saying if it has not already come it will come in sometime, they have no escalation manger to whom you can speak.they dnt bother if the customer discontinues their service due to these repeated problems

I took a cab on 6th May,2013 from CP in Delhi to Vasundhara in Ghazaiabad. I had a terrible experience.The driver didnt know the route at all.Its not the responsibility of the passenger to direct the driver every single minute.We take cab for comfort and not to irritate ourselves.Moreover most of the time, the drivers dont have change which is obviously not invited on customer's side. We often have to pay 20-30 rupees extra.

As claimed by Quick CAB , they provide CAB within Delhi/NCR but I tried to avail it thrice from GHAZIABAD railway station to Noida and once from Old Delhi Railway station to Noida and they confirmed me that CAB will be available in next 30min and also I recieved an SMS but later Call center executive refused to provide the CAB services. Sir, I have been booking Meru cabs as and when I require the service. Today I had booked a cab for going from City Telephone Exchange, Fort to Mumbai Central Station. And Cab.No.MH01JA5023 was assigned as per the message received on my mobile. Of course the Driver came in time but it was a surprise to me when the driver told me that he cab was booked for Mulund colony which never said. I had to insist to the driver that it is for Mumbai Central as the passengers had to catch the train from there. Hope you will be more careful in future

I booked a cab on 18.4.2013 for 7.00PM. The confirmation was given at 6.08 Pm wide SMS giving the driver name and the car number. They also adviced to check the number of the car before I board the same.The cab did't report at 7.00Pm hence I called the booking office at 7.08 Pm when I was told that the message could't reach the driver due to server problem and the driver is in sector-62 itself. He will report within 5-10 min. The driver contacted me and reached at 7.30 Pm. We were supposed to go to Bikaner House to catch the 8.30 Pm bus to Jaipur. We had booked through e-ticket. The cab had pick up problem at slow speed, The driver took us right up to Pragati Maidan then speeded the car straight after taking the left turn. On asking he did't stop but said you have to go to India gate and I will talk you there. We asked him do you know where you are , he answered no. After some time we saw that we have crossed Lajpat Nagar and proceeding towards AIIMS. With great difficulty we could slow him down and fortunately his car stopped due to some engine problem. We got down unloaded our luggage and got hold an auto rishaw and reached Bikaner House. But we missed the bus and lost the amount.I had to purchase new tickets costing me Rs.1400/-. The driver had some bad intention. I tried to contact the cab booking number but no one lifted the phone for 30 min. Our relative from Jaipur lodged the complaint as they lifted there phone. But till date no action has been taken nor any information has been give to us.

HI,i had booked this cab from airport to dombivili the cab came on time and was all good...however there were three things specific about the cab that made me unhappy for the umpteeth time... 1. Driver information sheet available inside the cab on dashboard was missing 2. the drivers was not mohd shamshuddin, he was some guy in his early 20's(this was not the driver that the booking executive gave me booking confirmation) 3. he did not give me bill even after repeated requests this is not the first time i am observing such kind of things in tabcab...please note point 1 & 2 are very sensitive and i am sensing feeling of insecurity...i cannot trust you guys if i do not know the driver u r saying and the one who is arriving is different....moreover not giving bills is not acceptable...i can infact refuse to pay the amount if bill isnt given to me and i will not be liable to pay... Thanks.

We hired TabCab from to International airport to miraroad. The driver did not know the place well Meru cab dirver was bang on target. The driver was chewing beetle nut.. The worst part was he was driving at a very high speed. He did not look at all like a trained driver. I told him thrice to slow down.Iwas with my family with 1 year old kid. I forgot my jacket in cab and the moment he left we call there call centre number in less than 5 minutes and I was waiting for there call back for 1 week but no one called back. when I call them,I spoke to supervisors name adaesh and he promised me call back in 2 hours but today is the 4th day and no call back received. when I call just know they said they did not found anything. it is next to impossible that driver did not found my stuff it was 1 am in the morning. they are bludy thief. by just taking merus staff you will never become meru .. you idiots... I would never pay what i paid for such a service. I would suggest anyone to go for Meru cabs. Its well worth the money.

I had booked easy cab from Cantt railway station to dwarka. I had been given booking ID "A032900040 " and confirmation message. it suppose to arrive at 10:30 AM and I was at station at 10 AM. so I called up and asked about the cab details. I got the reply that SMS will be sent within 10 minutes. I kept waiting for hour and no one bothered to informed me what happened for booking. finally I had to make other arrangement to reach to my destination. i would suggest not to book easy cab if one does not want to miss his/her train or flight.

i used the cab service in Ludhiana.I had a booked a cab for 10.30 am in the morning but the cab didn't arrive till 11.30. I called the cab service who looked like they were sleeping, not at all responsive. I was told cab is on the way and would reach in ten minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes i called again and i was told that cab is on the way and would reach soon. If the cab was late or unavailable i should have been called by the cab service and informed of the same, so that i could make alternate arrangements. But nobody thought it is important to inform the customer waiting for the cab. I was late by about 2 hours and stuck. I had come from outside and had no knowledge of the place. The work for which i had come was cancelled as i was late. Oh and the cab never arrived. Nobody called either. Mega cab service truly sucks. I don't know about other cities but in Ludhiana it sure does. They take you for a ride. Not literally but figuratively. Avoid it.

I travelled from Ahmedabad Airport to Paladi bus stand on a auto at around 9:00 P.M. The auto driver told me to run by meter and I agreed as it is the farest way to travel I perceived. Upon arrival at Paladi he brought out a chart where points were written and then he showed another chart where corresponding fare of the points travelled as per the meter are written. Confused as how does this type of metering prevailing in the city I could not help and paid a whopping Rs.242.00 as fare. The points in the meter showed around 542. Later I consulted as to what should have been the actual fare and I was told anywhere between Rs. 80-100. God knows if anyone has a say.

I was a regular user of Wings for quite some time now. But an incident at the last weekend changed my perspective about them. I had booked a cab to receive my parents and brother’s family from Pune Station bus-stand. I had made it clear while booking that pick-up should be from bus-stand (not Railway station). But when I called up the cab driver at the time of pick-up, he said he is waiting in the Railway station parking and shockingly he asked us to come over there. But I insisted that we should be picked-up from bus-stand which I had made clear while booking. The driver told me rudely not tell him all those crap and complain in Wings office. To add to our misery, when I called up Wings office, they assured of a substitute cab twice but no one showed up. We waited for 1 hour at the bus stand and finally took 2 autos and reached home. I called up Wings office again and spoke to a senior lady there and she assured me of very stringent action and told me that I’ll get a call from deployment department which I never received. Wings have lost the quality of service that use to be few years back. They have become greedy. Good time for Wing’s competitors only if they can meet the expectation. But I believe there are some good alternatives to Wings. I yet need to try them. I’ll keep all posted.

My native is Coimbatore I am surprised seeing autofare here. Because no automan ride their auto for the fare mention in this site. According to me Coimbatore is the costlier city for auto's than taxi in India. Because minimum auto fare for less than two kilometer is Rs.60 in Coimbatore then think about for more than 2 Kilometers. I visited capital cities namely chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and hyderabad but no one charged more than 20 rupees for less than 2kilometer.. but.. in my native place Coimbatore is.... costly for autos. If we ask to reduce the rate they question us about the price of diesel and petrol...

Last Friday (08.03.13) I had booked a CABS for me to dropped at Kolkata Airport. My CAB reporting time was 4.30 a.m. The CAB no was WB04E2237 & Driver's cell no. was 89616*****. Generally I used to way of my journey from Garia Station to Airport through By pass and straight to Ultadanga to Airport. And as per my observation , the total K. is coming 24-25 Km. Last to last week on 25.02.13 also I had booked a CABS for Airport dropping from residence & that time the distance was 25 Km. & total charges was Rs. 505/-(including Rs. 30/- booking charge) , the starting time was 5.00 a.m. Presently (08.03.13) my charge was Rs. 675/-(including Rs. 30/- booking charge)& I had follwed same route as previous. I was really surprised how the distance Km. has changed. As customer/passanger I want this clarification & I want to know the real story for your future business.

I am feeling better, I am not alone. Spot City Taxi’s main feature: They make their own rules and look for reasons to charge your extra. It happened to me last Saturday; I booked the cab To and Fro from Kaggadaspura to Iskon and return. I reconfirmed the amount I have to pay, I was told, 600. I double checked with the executive if that is all. My mom and sisters went and came, and the driver demanded that, you have to pay extra as it has crossed the time (i was never informed about the time) Later on when I spoke to manager Jagadish and his boss Prabhakar, initially they say, it should not have happened. But later on they said, i have to bear that cost as I used the cab for extra hours. Be careful, they are all bunch of idiots out to ruin your outing. Better go by red bus. Both managers will treat you as they are obliging you by talking to you and will put a proposal like, next time we will compensate for it, only a blockhead will give you another chance. Amar

Extremely dissatisfied with TABCAB....was delighted with the service provided initially with prompt messages, clean cabs, polite drivers, timely arrivals etc...however last 5 times faced instances of bookings getting confirmed yet drivers dont turn up on time or no driver details being sent across or numbers are shared wherein drivers are not reachable. I have also faced situations where in driver does not know the route or takes a wrong route. The management of bookings is getting worse by the day and i find them extremely unreliable.

I booked easycab for IGI T1 airport dropping of my wife with booking I'D: A013100812. Car number 7301 chauffeur No.******97773 on 31st Jan 2013. On my wife's request to take the route from Barapula, Chankyapuri, Motibag and Airport, he started misbehaving and denied of going through the requested route. The driver started shouting at her and said you remain seated, it is me from where I should take you to destination. He even stated that there is no such route through Chankyapuri. On his misbehaviour and not taking the route she called me up with fear and remained on line till the time she reached airport. I had been listening to his shouting over phone at my wife throughout the time she reached airport. She was charged rs. 100 extra as waiting. I would like to hear a proper action on this matter and request to let me intimate, otherwise I shall be forced to take the matter to the appropriate authority. Regards

I ordered a Wings Radio Cab From Model Colony Pune to Chakan Industrial Area, Pune. I specifically asked for an Indica/Wagon R, and told the call centre that I DID NOT WANT AN ECO. They assured me that it would be so. My regn no was WR 1899717. When the cab arrived I observed the following:- 1. The cab driver's name was different from the sms sent 2. The vehicle was an ECO despite my express request 3. The vehicle arrived 15 minutes late. 4. The cab driver does not read any of the directions you give the call centre and insists on asking the customer for directions. I will NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use this service.

I got a confirmation message along with driver's name and number.around 4.30 the chauffeur calls me and says that I'm in gurgaon,can't come(in-spite of being in any such problem).he says to talk to the management . I called them up.one of their executives told me that he would provide me another cab and I would be informed within 10-15 mins.it was 4:30 am then. But after not getting any message I called them up again.1st they kept me on hold for about 10 mins. After calling again,1st of all what I faced was a rude and unpleasant behavior. Secondly he told me that we won't be able to provide me cab. My god! That's ridiculous. they don't even bother to inform via SMS or call. I was 20 mins late to my destination because of their silly and unacceptable behaviour. Moreover, I found that the chauffeurs as well the management are very reckless and don't understand customer value. Arya cab(s) people are bluff master and at the end you will miss to go to your destination(or be late) or will have to arrange any alternative way to reach at the last moment. Disappointed Easy cab user's Easy Cabs Review

Booked a cab from gurgaon to delhi airport on 4th January, and faced the following problems: 1. The cab driver took the long route, that too when we knew tha route and asked him to take that. He intentionally missed the exit from highway and we had to go to the next exit and turn back. Added more than 5 kms to our trip. 2. The cab was dirty and smelling. 3. At the end of the journey,the driver asked for the waiting charges, claiming that he waited for more than 15 min, when we were right on time to take the cab! Never take easy cab! Always go for pre-paid in India. If you go for per km charge taxi, the driver will try to rip you off by talking the longer route. More so if you are new to the area and not so sure about the rads!

No short distance plying; Meru takes booking 24hours before the scheduled time. So i called up exactly 24hours but when i told them the pickup and drop they said we cannot take bookings as its full. Sheer lie. Just becuase the distance was around 6 to 7kms they dont take bookings. RTO should take action against these cabs Similar with TAB cab guys same thing did not take small distance booking. Yatri Cabs are a bunch of Fraud and Liar people. We had nightmare of our life because of these frauds. I was foolish to trust these thieves even after reading these complaints online. We booked for 5 cabs online and we received a confirmation SMS. Just to be sure we called the call center and we were assured that we will get the cabs. On the day of journey, 30 minutes before departure we got a sms stating that no cabs will be provided. Imagine the plight, we are stuck in peak Delhi traffic, late in the evening, with a group of females, just because of these Liars. When I called the call center, I was told that they are following all the "Processes". WHen I asked for next level of escalation, my phone was disconnected 2 times. Since I persisted (I was desperate as we had so many females in unsafe city of Delhi and I was begging for atleast 1-2 cabs, an idiot who claimed to be the customer service manager told me that since I was not "polite" in my call with the CSE, he didn't help me. Call them again and request them in a polite manner, they can help. I don't know who is managing Yatricabs, but these characters deserve a place in mental asylum and not in a managerial position. Anyways, I was foolish and if you are also foolish enough to go ahead with Yatri cabs after reading all these complaint, atleast please post your experience online. I had to call up in the morning at 9:45am to know what is the status, since usual process is that the service sends driver details 30 minutes before the travel time. I was told I will get the msg in 5 mins... I got an sms at 10 am, and I called up the cab driver. He said he also got the msg late from the call center, he is already standing in the gas station queue, and it will take a lot of time for him to reach my place!! Without options, I had to call up the call centre and wait another 30-40 mins till another cab was arranged! Wat to do in such a situation?? I saw one of the worst services by anyone in service sector and found that my corner taxi boy is the best bet when it comes to going to airport kind of place. I called up the service for airport drop at 11 am some day and i was given the booking reference number 2923795 and driver name subhash chander HR38ST 0172. The cab didn't reported and then i tried the number of this driver at 11.08AM but this was picked up by some Wasim and not subhash and told me he was not on my duty that time. I called up the helpline number of Quick cab which got answered in maybe 4 minutes after on wait and then the executive their insisted that i should call the number of the driver and i had to tell him 4 times what is happening, he put me on hold for about 10 more minutes to find out and the came alive saying it was server issue and can take an re-request. He was not at all apologetic for anything and insisted that i have the option of re-request. I did not understand are they people anyway sensitive enough to understand that was getting late for airport and i could miss the flight. he disconnected the call in midway and i luckily got cab from my corner cabwala which helped me getting into airport in time. I do not know what work model or revenue model these people work but i am sure people must have missed their flights and trains and many important meetings because of these people. I used Easycab while coming back from airport and found their services far better although they charge more then these people but again when it comes to punctuality and service, i will rate quick cab and taxi syndicate 0 and maybe lower then that if that is there as an option. I have had good experiences earlier with Meru cab, so thought of relying on them this time too. I had booked a Meru cab for 8th Nov 2012 from BTM 2nd stage in bangalore to Railway station. The booking was confirmed and i was intimated that the cab details would be sent 20 mins before the scheduled time.c I had a train to catch at 9pm and my cab was supposed to arrive at 7. From 6:40 i was waiting for the sms to arrive. After about 5 mins of waiting i tried to get in touch with their customer care. Ever after waiting on the line for about 7 minutes there was no response. After repeated attempts and getting fed up i stopped trying. It was 7 pm and the cab had not arrived, nor there was any intimation from Meru regarding the same. Luckily my Father in Law had come home to see us off, other wise I would have had a terrible time reaching the Railway station with aged mom and my pregnant wife. Next day when i called the meru customer care to lodge my complaint, they said they will investigate the matter and take stern action and i will be informed of the same within 3 days. Amount: Rs. 172.50 Upon arriving at my destination, I was asked for Rs. 250.00 by the driver. As I asked for the bill, the driver hesitantly gave it to me and said that he needs to get Rs. 250.00 instead of the bill amount of Rs.172.50. His reason was that it was night time and that I am getting a cheaper deal than using an auto rickshaw. I told him that I will only pay the bill amount as per the company policy and accordingly, I gave him Rs. 200.00 by expecting to get back the remaining amount. He literally threw the money back at me first and uttered some absurd language. I remained steadfast in my stance and he then got out of the car, collected the money from the floor and left without giving me back the remaining amount. Five minutes later, he called me on my mobile and continued to utter abusive, deplorable and derogatory language that is completely inexcusable. As I was with my family, I had to contain myself from completely losing my control. I immediately called and reported the case to your service agent who promised to take appropriate action and report back at the earliest. As I expect to receive his call and my remaining balance (as a matter of principle and not out of need, since I usually give such amounts in tips), I also expect a personal apology from the driver in the presence of your service manager and a clear report on the action your firm has taken towards this driver. Before I dedicate more of my time towards this issue, I wait for your satisfactory response.

Never use Meru for Airport Drop offs Guys, I had a very horrible experience with Meru Cabs and would like to share with you all so that you don’t undergo such nightmare. I had booked Meru cab for Delhi Airport drop off for August 06, 2012 at 5:00 AM from my house in Gurgaon. The cab reached 33 minutes late from the scheduled time and because of which I missed my flight. I had to cancel my appointments & also the accommodation which I had booked in advance in Chennai. My ordeal started early morning when I first received the call from the driver at 4:42 AM. I explained him how to reach my house. He told me that he is nearby would reach in next 5 minutes. But he didn’t come even after calling him repeatedly at 4:58, 5:08, 5:09, 5:15, 5:16, 5:26 AM. He finally came 51 minutes later after his first call but by that time it was too late as when I reached airport it was told to me by the staff that the departure is closed. I went through lots of suffering as I felt helpless what to do?? It was horrible experience. A complete torture!!! This is the way Meru Cabs treats its Customers??? Do they only focus on Charging the services amount but not on “ensuring timely arrival for Pick up”?? If this is the way then I am really sorry to say that I would never ever recommend anyone to book Meru Cabs..and maximum share of their revenue depend on “Word of Mouth”. If this is the actual way of treating the customers then the day is not far when their competitors and even the Local Pickup service providers will take over them guys!!! The auto fares and the route from the starting point to the destination is totally wrong. If people start following this website, they are gonna end up travelling a longer route and paying more money to the auto wala's. I usually travel in auto from home to office. The meter reading (if the auto wala agrees to go with the meter) vary's between 80-85, whereas this website suggests me to pay the auto wala 110 for the same. Please recheck your routes. We want the auto fares for the shortest routes possible, rather than paying more money and travelling a longer route and wasting time and money!

Today i.e. on 16th June, my wife was to travel alone and I booked the Megacab for its travel between Howrah station to New Town. The cab was supposed to leave Howrah at 10:45 a.m. (booking no. 19). My wife got a message about the cab almost in time. Reaching Howrah station by coalfield exp my wife telephoned the driver. But surprisingly the driver mentioned that he has not been booked for it and in fact, he left with some other passanger. Having been worried she called me narrating the incidence. I called Megacab and with utter surprise came to know that some other driver with a different car has been assigned for this journey. Then some time at 10:50 a.m. she also got the message about this new driver. She had to wait at parking lot and could board the car at around 11:10 a.m. This could have been a painful waiting, had there been any old or invalid persons. In fact Megacab charges quite high rates compared to mitered or pre-paid taxi. We still prefer Megacab, because of its well adverised "hasslefree" service. Moreover, while there is charges for waiting of cab, why not it is same for waiting of passanger? Why Megacab could not inform the passanger about the problem and apologise? LIke always after hearing that I need to go to the Mumbai Sahar airport from juhu, the dispatcher said that there are no cabs available for that perticular time of the day. Autos in Pune do not have proper meters, for a distance of 3.5KM they show 4 to 5 KM most of the time. Also the initial 1 point calculation is so fast as compared to Mumbai. I had a worst experience with asy Cabs. I booked the cab for going to Kurla Terminus from Dahisar West on 25th March at 20 hrs. We were two senior citizens and wanted to tr avel safely and comfortably. At 19.50 hrs the driver informed the he would report at right time and he was very near to us. Till 20.20 hrs no information. When contacted the driver said he could not come and told me to make other arrangements. My booking ID: 032200060, I received an SMS that cab No. 2796 and driver mobile no. 9619308421 will be arriving to pick me up on schedule time , i.e at 0830 hrs on 22/03. I tried to contact the driver on the provided mobile no. but didn’t have any response. As I had an important business meeting to attend, I called up the call centre to confirm about the status, they informed me that the cab is on its way and you can try his mobile no. now. I called the driver; he picked up the phone this time and informed me that he will be reaching in 10-15 minutes. After 15 min when I again tried to contact him, I didn’t have any response from him and later he switched off his mobile. I had to hire a normal taxi at the last moment. AT LEAST THEY CAN INFORM DIRECTLY IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO SEND THE CAB OR THE CAB DRIVER DOES NOT WANT ANY PARTICULAR ROUTE. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR SERVICE. MERU IS MUCH BETTER.

I have used Aarya Cabs multiple times and most of the times I end Up fighting for final fare to be paid, during booking they say about paying 1 side MCD and toll, but the drivers are never sure about what is the fixed rule.Some ask for 1 side MCD while others ask for 2 side MCD. Issue is not paying some 50 bucks extra but the main concern is the Cab rules. They don't have it fixed and its not clear hence they turn into disputes. The driver did not show up (this was midnight, I was stranded) and refused to pick up his phone. I called Aarya cab 7 times. Each time they put me on hold for 5-7 minutes and told me to wait longer. They then gave me the number for another driver. This new driver was DRUNK and told me off impolitely and hung up on me. I called Aarya cabs again, and there was no further response from them. I had been waiting on the road for 45 minutes now past my cab's time. I gave up and called Meru cabs. The cab arrived within FIVE minutes, and the driver was so courteous and polite. Meru might have higher rates than Aarya, but it is TOTALLY worth it -- I will never go with something so horrible again!

This is to bring into your knowledge that yesterday I booked your cab services from Mayapuri to Defence Colony (C-9). The bill amount came Rs.279/- as per the meter (i.e 22.9 kms ( as per my estimates distance is 16 to 17 K.M. as I used to drive the same way) with 50 Rs. Of AC ) but the driver has charged Rs.50/- extra (i.e.total Rs.330/-). At that time I gave him the Rs. 330/- but suddenly I realised he took extra amount, so I called him immediately. When i called the driver (Mr. Dinesh, Cab No: DL 1 RT 0865, Booking Id: 93157) afterwards to clarify, he said Rs.50/- was the gifted amount, I said no amount was gifted that was taken by you by making me confused , then he said I will adjust in next pickup as I told him I will take cab for tomorrow also. Yesterday night I called him up for today’s booking, but he didn’t respond well, so I called up customer care no. 01163636363 at 21:17 for booking and his complaint. I made a complaint call to the customer care no. of Mango Cabs and spoke to executive, he confirmed that the extra amount of Rs.50/- will be deducted from my next service charges. But today when i asked for the adjustment of that amount, driver (Mr. Kamal, Cab No: 9057, Booking Id: 93871) said it is not possible and will be adjusted only when the same driver will be coming for the service. Today when i booked the cab for the same (Mayapuri to Defence colony (D-203, 600 mtrs ahead from yesterdays destination)), the amount came to Rs.220/- (with AC) and the total distance was 17kms. So that means yesterdays driver charged me extraordinarily, one for 6.5 kilometres and one Rs. 50 unnecessarily. So, I want to complaint against the cab driver Mr. Dinesh for charging me extra (the km billing amount as well as the extra Rs.50/-). If you have any doubt in Kilometres calculation you can confirm from your chauffer Mr. Kamal, Cab No: 9057, Booking Id: 93871.

I called your service center on 011-63636363 at 8.35 pm , Your team supervisor Mr.Mohit hold my called for ten minutes & told us that "sorry sir we are not able to provide service at this time & please book cab from another service provider like Easy cab / Quick Cab". Last to last I again called your drive at 9.00 pm & his last statement was that he required another ten minutes. Finally at 9.15 PM your cab not reported at my office and I left office with my colleague. I reached my home in wee hours and due to your team, I wasting more than 3 hours. The auto that initially came from Bali halt, vacated all passengers at Dakshineswar and took fresh passengers from there for Dunlop. As far as my experience is concerned with wings.... it has always been pleasant. I have traveled 5-6 times with wings and at all times drivers arrived before time. We need someone professional in this city. 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, I called up the driver and he said he will come down after having tea. Shabash! I called up the complaint number and they probably spoke to the driver. He picked me up about 10 minutes late and started arguing with me.... The driver drove rash - talking on the cellphone even @ 5 in the morning. It seemed like a subcontractor with a rickety indica. Arranging the drop with an autowala would have been much more pleasant and economical. Why spend this money unless there is quality in service?

Never Book Easy Cabs, Delhi I've heard that easy cab is not good and already have my previous bad experience, I still given one more try!!! I had to catch flight early in the morning so I booked easy cab on previous day. The booking was cinfirmed and I got sms. after that I did't got any call till time I have to leave. So obviously i have to give then return call asking for status... and just got to know at the end moment that my booking has been cancelled, i have to wait in queue on phone. Meru cab simply does not turn up. Best to never book them. As part of my reguler travel for office business, I have to book a cab for delhi airport. So I went for Meru cab booking one day in advance so that I should not face any problem as I had to carry a luggage with me and I really don't wnt the last moment hussle for the cab. So I dialed to Meru cab booking/service centre and I got the confirmation and exact what time driver will come. They also assure that driver will contact 1/2 an hour before he arrives so that I can be ready by the time. I got the docket number. But they didn't give me chnace to remain happy on the travelling day. I called Meru cab to confirm the booking and schedule for safer side, and I got confirmation about thes same. But Something unexpected happened in next couple of seconds and I had beed informed that my booking is ccancelled because of unavailability of the cab :( This mess caused me to look for alternate option and it was terrible for me to happen something like this. And the reason for my frustation is this is 3rd or 4th time I have bad fall on face because of meru cabs.
