Taxi Review

This is the second time I have phoned for a taxi and been assured that the taxi will be here within the hour. Well the first time it took over an hour and a half and I ended up cancelling the taxi and making alternative arrangements. The second time, today, I phoned an hour and 20 mins ago, being assured that I would get a taxi within the hour...well I am still waiting!!! If they cannot accomodate, the call centre should inform us!!! I am now going to be late for my appointment....how disappointing!!!
