Suburban Taxi Review

I ordered a taxi on Friday 5th October at 4:30 PM and after several frustrating calls to various Suburban operators eventually gave up at around 6:30 PM and walked to an area where there were several taxis waiting. I was cold, given misleading information, implied to that I was gormless and threatened with having the booking cancelled for being rude enough to ask for some reasonable answers to my questions. Check the recorded tapes for training purposes for more details. I dont expect that I will be recommending Suburban in the future. regards Gerald
