Used Cabxpress last weekend only to find out how dishonest and unhelpful they are.
The taxi driver had advised that my credit card had been declined and gave my credit card back. Trusting him that this was the case I asked him to try my partners credit card instead.
The next day I could see that there was a pending Cabxpress charge on both my credit card and my partners credit card.
Emailed the evidence and received a call back from their office that the reason why he had charged me was due to vomiting in the taxi? Which I definitely did not.
Upon attempts to resolve this issue with the head office, the manager could only respond with 'Its the taxi drivers word against yours and you have no evidence that you in fact did not vomit in the taxi'.
Please if you are waiting in line for a taxi and a Cabxpress taxi pulls up, do yourself a favour and just wait for the next one.
