We have been updating the website regularly base of your feedback from time to time. Most of them have been small updates to enhace the usability of the website. But we have covered signficant ground with respect to making the website more responsive by making it lighter to serve the growing user reach. The website can now be used, even on a dial-up connection. While, we have heard each individual feedback, we have also prioratized and implemented almost all of them.
A brief overview of few significant changes-
- The re-newed Contacts section is serving as 1 stop for all Cab Contacts in various cities. Easy to use filter dropdowns to find the Taxi contact of your choice. Choosing a services, our review section is also being used.
- The reviews section has been received well, will a huge number of reviews. Real user reviews are helping lot of people.
- The Fare Cards are now grouped under a single page here.
- Mobile version has been completly redone to optimize for size and download time. A basic GPRS enabled mobile phone should also be able to use the website with a little download lag. But with most new phones getting better internet connections, the experience is bound to get better with time.
What lies next?
Yes, we are in a process of conceptualizing Taxi Auto Fare to add more features to help people with few more day to day problems! We plan to roll out these features in coming months… Stay tuned!!! Again, please let your feedbacks and feature request flowing via our feedback page.
Lastly, it is our duty to acknowledge the efforts of all our users, who have shared this initiative and help bring transparency to the Taxi, Auto and Cab fares in India. Fair fares will help all!!!
