Sunlight Taxi Review

Dear Sunglight Management Team. you got a serious problem here, why do you sms to customer to confirm the taxi details and half and hour before you say no taxi. I almost miss the flight because of your stupidity. (i got this message last night at 10am)RM0.00 Dear MS SAMANTHA, taxi order ID3356304,fr XXXXXXXXXXXXX@ 2013-05-13 07:10 is confirmed to taxi HWD8678( 60173928714) TQ, Unicablink. And this morning they sms and informed no taxi. I need to catch a flight, need to go KL Sentral and they have the guts to inform me 30 minutes before. I called back and begged and shouted at them.. your staff seemed to be so cool, they just not bothered how important this is for the customer. I am so dissapointed with Sunlight cab services.

I always used Taxi Sunlight to the airport but today I called at noon to make a booking to KL Sentral the next morning at 6am. The operator told me to wait for SMS confirmation. As I will be catching a flight, I am anxious when I don't get confirmation till 10pm...so I called again to reconfirmed. The very rude operator told me I can only get confirmation by tomorrow 545am....and she say also dunno got taxi or not... I mean what kind of attitude is this.... If no confirmation, just tell me NO....what for if we book in advance and get confirmation at very last minute. So, I can as well say now Say i don't need the taxi last minute if there is a cab turn up the next morning , Definitely going to change taxi company for my future trip. Really disappointed with the service . Totally disappointed.

Sunlight taxi call center staff is very rude and annoying. At least the one who is working on 8:15pm 3/3. I called to book a taxi by 4pm something. I was told to wait for confirmation. When I became worried on 8:12pm, I called to check as there is no single acknowledgement. When I called, the SHE said there is no detail about my booking. Ok, nvm. I said I will make another booking RIGHT NOW. And she said, I should wait for the confirmation. I told her I made the booking like 4 hours ago. How long do I need to wait for confirmation. No taxi said so la. Then she is pissing off further saying that maybe the confirmation will be given later bla bla. I am very annoyed and I decided to cancel the booking with sunlight. N hung up. People. Sunlight service is a disaster.
