"Dear Taxi Operator,
When I came back from oversea and had a few bag of thing to carry, I approach your maxi counter and enquiry your taxi service. I mention to the counter I would like to book a maxi cab to Jurong East and on the way I would like to had 2 drop. Operator inform me that every stop will be a charge of $15 plug $60 booking. I mention ok and she given me a number and inform me to wait at the holding area.
When we loaded all luggage and the driver inform us where we going. I inform him to Jurong East and go by SLE and I had 2 dropping point, 1 near Jalan Kayu and 1 at Woodgrove Ave and finally Jurong East.
The driver told me is not on the way and I ask him what the meaning not on the way from SLE to Woodland and Jurong East, after all I paying every drop $15.
After some negotiation, the driver told me he is the committee member of the Maxi Cab and still mention not on the way and had no time. This is not acceptable to me.
In the end I got no choice and drop off at Woodglove Ave and book another cab back to Jurong East.
I would like City Cab to explain to me what is the meaning "not on the way" when I mention to Jurong East and go by SLE. It this the type of service we expected when over the counter mention to us if on the way and it ok.

"I got onto the city cab. Almost immediately after I told the cabbie I am bringing my cat which I kept in a cage to balestia, he said he has a booking at harbor front. Said sorry and couldn't take me. I thought this is not right of the cabbie.
First his cab was empty with the blue light.
Second, he stopped for me to board the cab.
Third I was in the cab while his booking came in.
I suggest for authority to look into this.

"Sorry to say the City Cab,
old mans are running the taxi's and they don't know the proper way and they don't know how to behave...
They also running the meter even if you reached the destination.
Note: If you are carrying the luggage in the taxi, please inform them to stop the meter once you reach the
destination..else they will keep running the meter and charge you extra fares...."
