Today, 17 May 2013 at 6pm I boarded SMRT taxi license plate : SHC4951T, at Dunearn Road.. He was rude as if I did something wrong. First when I entered the taxi I told him to go to Bishan, but after 2 mins I did tell that I want to go to Botanic Gardens MRT instead. He straight away showed face. Then knowing I made him upset, I asked him whether it's a problem for him. He kept quiet until I thought he was mute. Then I asked him again one more time and he still didn't answer until I asked him firmly. Then he answered with an angry tone that if want to change direction he has to make a U-turn. I said I know how to go there without making a U-turn. But he drove so fast on the right lane until It was too late to tell him which way to go. Then when I realized I said it's too late to inform him. Then he scolded me and said why I didn't inform him. I talked to him again firmly. I don't know what his problem is until he dares to treat passenger like that. After I raised my voice i noticed that he stopped talking rudely and tried to talk nicely but it was too late. I was too upset already. After that when we reached the destination, I just put the money next to his seat and went out. To SMRT group, please train your drivers properly especially those old uncles with no manners. Please take note of his name and taxi's license number.

Review-
I boarded taxi Shd9671M smrt cab at 7:30pm at ubi this evening and i told the taxi uncle the destination that i want to head to (hougang) The destination took longer than it usually did and i looked at the meter, the taxi driver was driving at 30km/hr! the worst part is that when we approach the carpark he did not ask for which direction and assumed that he should turn left. I stoped the uncle before he make the turn and told him that he should turn right in a nice tone. who knows he shouted rudely and say that why didnt i say earlier? i told the taxi diver that he should ask before he make the turn and he replied in a even ruder tone that if he never ask why can't i say? i was really furious and told the taxi driver that it is his responsibility to ask his passenger if he is not sure. I alighted at my destination at 7:55pm and when I paid for the fares the taxi driver returned the change unwillingly and stopped his car there to stare at me while I walk away through the Side mirrors. What bad attitude is this!!! Please take action at this taxi driver for such unacceptable service!!

I am writting this letter to bring your attention that i am not satisfied with your taxi company with the quality of services provided. I am talking about the services of the Taxi driver's dishonesty act.
Please refer to the below mentioned venue and timing that i have boarded the SMRT Taxi plate No ( 268T) But i want to let you know that i was very upset with the taxi driver's performance.
While travelling halfway on the road, he asked us which route to go and he suggested to go by another way to avoid the traffic jam due to the peak hours, hence we just agreed and let him lead the way. Unfortunately, after sometime we realised that the route he chosen was even longer to reach and even more jam at the Tampines Safra area, because he can go by simei exit which is nearer to our destination. However he go by expo district and passby Tampines Safra and there is a traffic junction ahead, he even suggested to U-Turn back all the way up to the same place. This time round, i avoided and stopped him, i told him to go by that lane to Tampines Mall. Through the route he has chosen, therefore I suspected that he is trying to lye and cheat more money from the customer.
This is ridiculous that the mileages travelled took approximately 20minutes to reach my residential area from Changi T2. As according to my experience, it should be lesser and cheaper.
I received their letter and i am still very unhappy with the result that they are dealing with. i called in and they said will get back to me 3 days!! and no response now!! what is this?? i am going to publish to the press!!!

Review-
I took smrt taxi around 10 pm tonight. Horrible taxi driver attitude. I am chinese and used to speak mandarin. When I hop in and tell the driver road direction in mandarin. He did not say anything and only ask the confirmation on where I wanna go. The bad things come when I requested to dropped my sister in mandarin. He yelled on me to say he is not chinese which I really do not know he is not (he looks fair). I did not quarrel with him, he ever drove real fast at U turn area and yelled at me on where to drop off. What kind of attitude and manner? Horrible!!!! He can just tell me to speak english as he did not understand mandarin.

Review-
This mrng at 11.20am,i was crossing the road at juction traffic light of Pasir ris drive 6,the green light still blinking in opposite of me there this old lady was also slowly crossing across me.This smrt cab (SHF 37T) drove in between as fast as he could left most of the pedestrian shock.My concern is it could have hit either one of the pedestrian that crossing the road at the traffic light.Pls look into this matter.
