Taxi booked didn't arrive - nearly miss flight
Called to Prime booking 6778 0808 on Friday Aug 30, 2013, around 10:30pm to book for a taxi:
Pick up place: Block x Toh Yi Drive
Pick Up Date: Aug 31, 2013
Pick Up Time: 7:05am
Travel To: Changi Airport
Taxi plate number given: SHD 2759R.
Taxi didn't arrive at all. Called hotline at 7:10am and was put on hold until the phone line was cut off.
No Prime Taxi arrive even until 7:20am. No phone call from Prime or any taxi driver to my mobile number also.

I'm a regular taxi commuter,since the biggest taxi operator started revising the increase fare and other
taxi operators are going to follow and I had gathered
the feedback from most of my friends and colleagues that they will not take taxi unless it is neccessary or
emergency, most of them suggest taking MRT/Circle Line
or bus to work or for shopping.
If your company follow suit, I think that will affects
your taxi drivers daily taking as you notice Straits Times News paper complaint by the Comfort taxi drivers
that the commuters avoided the comfort taxi.
I hope that your company will remain at the normal
taxi fare so that lower income or middle income people
can still able to pay for the normal fare as usual without undue financial problem to them and also to your taxi drivers who hire your taxi so that his or her
daily taking will not be affected.
