Razexine's Prime Taxi Review
"Recently I took a prime taxi from ktph to my house. Mind you, there were kids on board. Upon entering the cab, I saw that the rubber on the door was peeling off and it took a few tries to close the door properly. During the ride back,the driver drove really recklessly and fast! She didn't even slow down at ANY I REPEAT ANY of the road humps along the way. It was as if the taxi was a rally car! We were literally bouncing off our seats. At one of the intersections,she even honked at the drivers making a right turn to give way to her.Our lives were literally resting in her hands. Tbh she was leaning in her seat and she barely could touch the steering wheel. No offence, but did she take her license or is she even licensed to drive the cab? Well I wouldn't know since there was no profile of the driver in the front!
And prime really needs to change some of their taxis. Some doors can't close properly and it poses as a safety issue."

"Wheather was so hot.. Ask drive to on the air-con as my 1 yr old baby was sweating.. The driver didnt care and continue to drive..
If you are not in the mood dont show your attitude towards a baby!!

"My husband and I Boarded the prime taxi at changi airport at 1:30 am on 2nd of Jan 2016 with vehicle no. SHD 2140A and we were planning to go to a new condo in Seng kang area.
as it is a new condo, we understand that the driver might not know the exact location. But he didnot tell us that he doesnot the way. When driving near to Seng kang area, he started to ask us the way to get the destination. We tried to show him the way using Google map. But This taxi driver drove very fast, so at a junction, we missed the chance to tell him that he could make a turn here.
Then the Malay taxi driver suddenly yelled at us and shouted at us that we let him make so many turns. We said sorry to him because we are not familiar about the way as well. But as a taxi driver, he is supposed to know the way. Even though he didnot know the way, we tried to show him the way using GPS. He didnot appreciate it but yelling at the passengers. What a rude driver with no manners!
Fortunately, I got his taxi number SHD 2140A. Such rude and reckless driver should be banned from driving taxis! I am very disappointed about the service from prime taxi. I hope Prime Taxi do something about this."

"Taxi SHD2140A
Dangerous driving that endangers passengers and other road users.
I was driving towards a traffic junction along East Coast with the green light in my favour when this Prime taxi beat the red lights on his side of the road causing me to almost bang into his taxi!
I had to jam brake or there would be an accident! I horned at him for his reckless driving. The Malay taxi driver wound down his window and showed his middle finger.
Fortunately, I got his taxi number SHD 2140A. Such rude and reckless driver should be banned from driving taxis! I hope Prime Taxi do something about this."

T'was Sat morning and I didn't book the taxi, so there should be no additional charges.
I was monitoring the meter coz I'm preparing for the exact change. When the cab stopped, I saw the meter as $10.40. Then the driver pressed something and it became $16.30. He gave me an O.R. (handwritten amount) instead of the normal printed receipt.
I pay $9.00 to $11 every sat morning for the same route."
