"Terrible service.
Car arrived an hour late to pick us up from the airport.
Driver changed pick-up point within the airport a couple of times eventually getting to the wrong and more expensive car park.
Fare charged was different from that quoted (£6 more on top of the £3.50 parking).
Will not use again and will definitely not recommend."

"Re: Twickenham Speedy Cars: The worst experience that I have ever had with a cab company.
The gentleman whom I spoke to:
A) Hung up the phone on me
B) Told me that a cab would arrive within forty-five minutes - one hour and forty minutes later it had not arrived. This may have been because:
C) This gentleman did not make note of my address when I booked the cab - in fact he seemed to have forgotten to make the booking, as FORTY MINUTES after I initially booked he finally ASKED FOR MY HOUSE NUMBER"

"In the past I have had no problem with using speedy cars, however in the past two days their service has been awful. I booked a taxi for pickup at 1:10pm, which didn't show up till about 1:50pm, with the driver ringing me every 5 minutes saying he was 5 minutes away. I then booked a taxi for pickup the next day at half ten , when the taxi didn't arrive I phone speedy cars who said they had no record of booking even though I had booked it the day before. Fair play to them they told me that they would send another car out as soon as possible, however because of this I am now going to be late for my shift at work which is likely going to result in some form of disciplinary action. Really doubting whether I will use speedy cars in the future"

"We booked a taxi for 5 people taking us back home. Driver arrived with car for 4. So he said he will call office and organise for new car. Office called told me how we wasted their time, drivers time and money and called me a . She has also put my telephone number on a black list so I am unable to book a taxi from my phone. Totally unexceptable!!! I am not using this company ever again and will tell all my friends not to use them... NOt good"

"I often visit London for business meetings, and this time I was heading to London for a very important meeting. I had already booked a cab with the Speedy cars services. As it was a business meeting I had to reach on time but the cab arrived almost an hour late. Well that’s not it the taxi driver was unaware of the routes which delayed my meeting. I wouldn’t prefer to book this taxi service the next time I am in London. Horrible service."
