"I had booked a cab last Friday. I had an appointment with a doctor which was an important one. But the cab came half an hour late and the driver took me by a longer route. Then again, due to traffic it took longer than I had expected. Because of all this delay, I had to pay more. By the time I reached, I had already missed my appointment. I am very disappointed by this service and from now I am never going to use it."

"They provide pathetic service. Even though I had confirmed the booking a day before, the taxi was not on time and kept me waiting for 20 min. Yet they claim that, they have huge fleet of taxis. I missed my flight and had to cancel my arrangements for accommodation. My experience with them was very bad. I’d never recommend this cab company to anybody."
