"Tonight will probably be the first and last time I use Burgh cabs. The first phone operator, after taking down my name and other information, hung up when I tried to inquire about the pricing details. I redialed and was told to give the details once again. The first phone operator had told me the cab would arrive in 30 minutes, the second, in 50 minutes, and the actual cab arrived in 1hr. This company certainly needs to improve its service."
