"Called central taxi twice today, first time the operator was lovely, although the driver was very cold and didn't even say hello or respond to my greeting. Second time I rang for my return journey and I mentioned a landmark so as the operator could know where I was exactly as they are two of the same centres, one in the West and one in the east, she was rude by stating my location wasn't 'next to' the landmark I mentioned, that was very unnecessary of her then see hang up before taking my name and rest of details!"

"today on 11th may 2016 in coventry, I asked for a cab from 290 terry road to high street city centre near barclays bank. what happend was driver took a big long cut just so that meter gaoes on and he can earn more money. The meter tarrif was £ 8.85 just for this distance.
When i said him plz dont take longcuts, he started saying congratulations and was laughing and making fun, the Taxi details is:-
REF Black METRO REG:MK52VZG 356 JOB:172.
This was not expected from central taxis on whom all we rely.

"I am absolutely disgusted. I understand saturday nights are busy but when you order a taxi for a certain time it should arrive at that time. Me and my friend ordered a taxi at 11pm for 11.30 the lady said yes no problem we will give you a ring back. It got to 11.40pm the taxi still hadnt arrived so i rang central back up and asked where my taxi was and got the most awful gentleman on the phone to me saying how id ordered the taxi off a different number and the taxi had no jobbed at half past. He was so ridiculously stubborn saying how id ordered it off a different number and kept repeating it. He said the lady must have messed it up and so he'll put me on priority with the next taxi out which took another 30 minutes. I was foaming, spent most of my night indoors waiting 1 hour for a taxi ride that takes 2 minutes. The driver was a joke and kept my change even when i asked for it back. The people on the phone were sarcastic and not doing their job properly, not taking my call seriously and didn't apologise for the wait. It is honestly the first time ive used central as i usually use EastCoast but they were fully booked. Terrible first experience so angry i am never using central again. What a joke"
