"I am a regular mozzie cab traveller but today I had the worse experience ever. The operator took my details incorrectly for 1. They sent me a driver who gave me attitude, on top of that the fool charges me R290 instead of R193. Such dail light roberry. Worse services eva. The cab I had taken is Mozzie Cab Nissan Almera - ND752203 driven by the worse driver ever. Putrit service if you ask me. Wish I was not desperate I would have never taken mozie."
"We use mozzie cabs more that ten times a month on a very rare occasion do they pick u up on time.On saturday i called booked a cab at 5:10 to be picked up at5:45 got a call from the driver at 5:57 to ask me my address were about the place is which i explained.My husband than called the call centre at 6:00 still no cab. The call centre agent was very rude. The cab came at 6:10. The call centre agents some of them are very incompetent can't take down address correctly we as regular customers have to call back to ask whats going with the cabs we are paying for a service after all."
"To whom it may concern.I am a regular customer that travels with mozzie cabs on a daily basis I can't understand how a few operators that take ur call cannot take proper address & don't make use of landmarks u give them when u using the service 6days a week & exact same time.. They need younger vibrant staff not tired incompetent staff that reflects bad for the company.Today I had to call the call centre 5times before a cab was sent to me prior to calling 30mins before time.. Management needs to look into these cases before it really gets worse.. Very unhappy traveler.."
