"Absolutely 3rd rate. I booked a mega cab last night from Kundanahalli gate to airport in Bangalore. I was specifically told my fare would be Rs. 700/-. I had made it clear that in case it is more than Rs. 700 I would go by Uber. However the call centre ady said I would have to pay only 700/-. The driver was Altaf Pasha and his cab number was KA-50-7283. As we approached the drop off point he said I would have to pay Rs. 1000/-.
If I dont get the refund I will take them to consumer court."

"Megacab is cheat.My Uncle today took a cab at 3:45 p.m from T3 to HyatRegency.The driverwas horrible and rude.In Hyat he refused to open boot for security. And he charged Rs 650 from T3.would jave cost 300 in Ola and Uber.
At the Airport their counter refuses to give prepaid.How can Airport also allow such counters which doesn't give prepaid."

"I was going home after the semester and planned a surprise for my parents. As a result, I called a cab from Megacabs. I have travelled in it before too, but this time, it wasn’t up to the mark. My cab was late and I had to wait for it for more than 30 minutes. However, the cabbie apologized and told about the traffic due to the upcoming Durga Puja in Kolkata. I have had better experiences but this time, it wasn’t what I expected."
