"You are absolutely useless and I have never experienced such terrible customer service. You have to stop advertising your bulls*** service. You didn't have the courtesy to inform us that you are not sending a cab, we got a call to say cab will come at 11.30 as you are finding it difficult to send one at 11. I call at 11.40 and you say no cab.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. We booked the cab yesterday. Please everyone don't use tab cab. I missed an important appointment and this has cost me s lot"

"I booked a tab cab on 2nd Nov'15 for a drop frm mahakali to international airport on 3rd Nov'15 at 3 pm...they sent me a booking id, confirmning tht the driver and car details will be shared with me on 35 mins prior to ky pick up time...on 3rd Nov i called thm up again at 2 asking for my driver details to which they replied ur booking is confirmed and you wl get the details 35 mins prior...it ws 2.35 and i was stl waiting fr the details thats when i called thm again..to which thy said thr ia currently no driver available in the vicinity and they r trying...thy said thy wl call me back in 10 mins..stl thr was no call from them..so again i cald ..for which thy said thy r trying their best...they need more 15 mins....thats whn i told thm pl cancel s bookings as the passenger cant miss their flight bcoz of tab cab and this is not the 1st time..few months ago whn my relatives wer also flying abroad thy hd booked a tab cab and thy faced d same isaue...if they cant provide d cab..why do they evn take d bookings and cause so much inconvinience to the passengers...thy dont undrstand tht the pasaenger is dependent on thm to rch d airport on time and this is the pathetic service they give...i would recommend not to book tab cab ever....their services r just useless...thy r thr only to cause inconvinience to the passengers"
