I booked "Quick cabs " On 05th Decemebr at 4:15 for new delhi railway station , Recd Msg From Quickcabs with Booking ID 11216821 at 4:15 .
When the Cab didnot come at scheduled Time which was 6:00 Pm then i called them but as per them the booking was not made and was declined and I didnot had any info of this,then i had to arrange For CAB from another source which reached me at 7:00 pm -7: 15 Pm which was too late , i had booked the cab For 6:00 pm so that traffic issues doesn't affect by train departure schedule .
My Train departure time was 8:40 Pm ( Jammu rajdhani) and i reached railway station at 9:00 due to heavy traffic on NH-8 / Dhaula kuan hence missed to board the train.
My train ticket was a tatkal Ticket so cancellation / refund is not possible.I had to reach jammu alongwith my wife and kid on 06th Morning which was too important so i went to Indigo Office at airport and bookED next day Morning AIR TICKET i.e 06th dec 8:00 am Ticket .Here i have to spent INR 25,854 .
Pls see below the detais of loss i have made due to negligence by "quickcabs"
Taxi fare to new delhi railway sation -airport to gurgaon Residence- INR 1200
AiR ticket- INR 25,854
Train Ticket-INR 4287.47
Total loss-INR 31341,47
I request if you could take this up with easy cabs so that i'm compensated with the above loss amount of inr 31341.47, i can provide the proof / evidence of ickets / booking details for yr ref in case it's required,Thnaks.
