"I had very bad experience. I booked the taxi from Ringwood to craigieburn. When the taxi arrived , I was still on the phone with RACV, I even didn't get in the taxi n didn't make time booking either but he decided himself to start the meter .
I even told him I use to drive the taxis too but I never refuse the fare and turned the meter on before even customer enter in taxi. He was so rude , no manners at all .

"Anyone ever thought why taxis are losing the battle against Uber? My recent experience with Silver Top Cab Driver 163275 gives a clue.
This cab driver took the long route to Tullamarine airport and charged me extra for a carry on luggage. Also, He was half sleep blinking his eyes during the entire ride.
I made the same route with Uber total cost: $ 54.00 With Silver Top: total cost: $92.30.
Now, you decide for yourselves!"

"Who cares about anything else when they take forever to arrive! Can never get an estimated time of arrival, booking in advance never helps and I always wait at least 30minutes. Going to stick with uber!!"

"I was driving through Melbourne city and a silver top taxi was driving along a right turn only lane then last minute cut me off I beeped my horn and drove next to him and complained about his bad driving and he said I'll report you for cutting me off.... Professional Driving ???? I don't think so...Professional lack of community road safety more like it... No wonder taxi's have a bad wrap... Try their online complaint details.. Works well... Just like their drivers.... Very unprofessional outfit..."
