"Taxi driver's name is 吳憲雄. He's a scammer to tourist! For a ride that is about 700 twd, he asked for 1300 twd. When we wanted to get off the car, he said he will go by the meter to be fair. At the end of the ride, the meter indicated 650 twd however, he asked for 900 twd and argued the meter is broken and incorrect. Besides his dishonesty, he was a reckless driver. For example, passing the lane on a double line. We don't feel safe at all during the ride. It was a horrible experience! "
