"The way they treat their drivers is just a joke they are doing more than 60hours to make anything. This is the modern day slavery nothing green about them. Extortion amount they charge for the rent even if there are no jobs they still charge cos drivers are paying for it, also any minor scratches or dents they will say any amount wich will come from the drivers pocket mind you these are working cars.
I know this b'cos my relative worked for them"

"Green tomato are thief's & people are dishonest within the company from controllers to fleet managers they all at it stealing from drivers to customers. I'm a driver just left them for that reason I got nothing better to say apart from calling them thief's. They steal from jobs, excess money of drivers, waiting times, please avoid working for them as a driver you'll get mugged off & the only thing you don't want to do is get your hands dirty touching them thief's & take law on your hands I had to bite my tongue & run out couldn't work with people like that i would of end up killing them most of them."

"This is the worst taxi service I have ever received. Used a couple of times now, never again! Booked a 5.30am car 24 hours in advance for a very important meeting received a message at 5.30am to advise me the car would be 34 mins late. No apology, rubbish customer service.
Booked a car for 11.15pm arrived at 11.36pm, received one message to advise it would be 8 mins late.
If you want to feel assured your car will come on time, Id advise against using them."

Spoke to someone on the controls department called Emma! Absolutely rude little thing, should get the sack if u ask me anyways I'm moving to Uber the drivers seem more happier over there and less hassle with bookings.

"Terrible customer service. Booked a cab to the airport the night before and it was not there as expected. My partner called them and was told that they had important priority bookings that took precedence. Shouldn't all customers be a priority?! As he was trying to call other companies, I called this company and was told that the driver was '6 minutes away'...luckily another cab came quicker. Despite the second company's best efforts, he still missed his flight. Unacceptable for a pre booked taxi to arrive 40 minutes late!"
