"Was surprised to have been charged £40 for a £15 standard journey without having been informed in advance what service I was ordering. For the extra £25 your Uber driver has a slightly bigger car and puts on a chauffeur's cap. What a joke! Still waiting on feedback and hopefully compensation as a busy passenger is inclined to accept the first available car and should be informed of any price increases before being made to incur over-inflated costs. Poor show from Uber!"
