Amber Parham's Checker Cab Review
"Hi my name is Amber, I used cabs pretty often on Sundays, because I'm a bus rider. I normally call yellow cab, but I've come to find out that thier card machine doesn't usually work. So I decided to call checkered cab. But I will not be calling for a cab with you guys anymore and I will be spreading the word too because I call for my cab about 45 mins before I needed it and the man that answered put me on hold 3 different times, then got an attitude because I didn't call an hour before time, and then very quickly says ok I'll have it for u and hangs up in my face before I could say anything else, and I'm waiting for my cab to show up and I call to see how much longer its going to be and he didn't even book my cab, so how he thought that I didn't want it anymore for whatever reason. So I'm told its gonna be another 30 mins until I can get another and I'm standing out in the cold!! I'm a very unsatisfied customer, and I suggest u hired more friendly employees to answer your phone!! :("
